My winter break doesn't feel like winter. It has been supper hot for the past three days. Today it was almost 80! It's kind of depressing :( I really despise the heat. It makes me cranky and oh so lazy.

Christmas is my least favorite holiday. I find it rather depressing. Knowing that there are tons of kids out there that don't even have one present to open breaks my heart. It makes me feel so guilty to be so blessed. However, this summer I will be going to Mexico to help out at an orphanage. I am beyond excited. I can't wait for Christmas to be over so I can start shopping for them.

I got this very lovely blogger gift from Stephanie over at GypsyThreadVintage. I have been so busy with finals and stuff I haven't had time to share it. She sent me the most beautiful dress, very Mad Men style, a lovely patterned top, and a very rad bag to go with it. I'm so excited to shoot these looks. Apparently there is an entrance to the LA river right by my house and I didn't even know it! I've been there many times before too. I use to ride my bike there with my aunt when we were kids and I went to the school right next to it for a year. Anyways, it was actually a nice day out today. You would only understand this outfit if you lived here. Unlike today it's suppose to rain tomorrow. The good thing is that I have three weeks of school left! I'm starting to have more free time, so Bryan and I are able to shoot more. I just want this semester to be over already. By far the hardest yet!
