My winter break doesn't feel like winter. It has been supper hot for the past three days. Today it was almost 80! It's kind of depressing :( I really despise the heat. It makes me cranky and oh so lazy.

On another note the giveaway post is finally up. You can win this beautiful white mod dress, blouse, and vintage leather bag! This Button up blouse is so soft and cute with its bow tie collar. The dress is baby doll style; a little form fitting at the top and then loose throughout. The dress and top can definitely fit most sizes. Both of these pieces are so beautifully and if you want to see more visit GypsyThreadVintage and don't forget to like them on FaceBook!

All you have to do is comment below with your first name and last name initial. The winner will be chosen at random and announced on January 4th! The winner will have to send me a picture of something with their name on it so no making up names guys! GOOD LUCK!

"I Won't Be Home For Christmas"

"Outside the carolers start to sing
I can't describe the joy they bring
Cause joy is something they don't bring me"

"So I stand with a dead smile on my face
Wondering how much of my time they'll waste
Oh god I hate these Satan's helpers"

"It's Christmas time again
It's time to be nice to the people you can't stand all year
I'm growing tired of all this Christmas cheer
You people scare me"

Christmas is my least favorite holiday. I find it rather depressing. Knowing that there are tons of kids out there that don't even have one present to open breaks my heart. It makes me feel so guilty to be so blessed. However, this summer I will be going to Mexico to help out at an orphanage. I am beyond excited. I can't wait for Christmas to be over so I can start shopping for them.

I hope you guys all have a wonderful holiday.

I got this very lovely blogger gift from Stephanie over at GypsyThreadVintage. I have been so busy with finals and stuff I haven't had time to share it. She sent me the most beautiful dress, very Mad Men style, a lovely patterned top, and a very rad bag to go with it. I'm so excited to shoot these looks. The best part is that you guys will get to enjoy this with me. One lucky winner will be chosen to win this stuff! I will be putting up more information on how to enter later. I'm waiting for the rain to stop here so I can shoot it :(  but for now you guys should really check out her shop.

You guys can all shop Stephanie's item on her etsy shop here. She has the most beautiful vintage pieces. This is a great shop for all those who don't have time to go looking for vintage outfits, she does that for you. She finds the most beautiful pieces and shares them with her customers. I picked my three favorite items from her shop and threw together some looks for all of you.

Like GypsyThreadVintage's Facebook page here and follow them on twitter here to see new items that are added. You can also check out GypsyThreadVintage's Fliker account here to see more awesome photos of the items they  have for sale.

Apparently there is an entrance to the LA river right by my house and I didn't even know it! I've been there many times before too. I use to ride my bike there with my aunt when we were kids and I went to the school right next to it for a year. Anyways, it was actually a nice day out today. You would only understand this outfit if you lived here. Unlike today it's suppose to rain tomorrow. The good thing is that I have three weeks of school left! I'm starting to have more free time, so Bryan and I are able to shoot more. I just want this semester to be over already. By far the hardest yet!

I hope you guys have an amazing week!
